Mark has been in the regulated cannabis industry since the very beginning. He was one of the first licensed recreational cultivators in Washington State and has more than a decade of hands-on experience in commercial cultivation, operations, and state compliance. His former brand, "Sonic Green", specialized in cultivating elite, unique genetics that were widely considered some of the best in state. CannaGen is his vision, created out of frustration with a system that made something as basic as sourcing compliant genetics difficult. Time is a cultivators most valuable resource. He didn't have the time or bandwidth to scour trade shows and websites to source genetic material. There is no centralized system for state-compliant listings. He sought a way to help cultivators solve this bottleneck, because he has been one.
